Hi, I’m Sophie and I’m a Brisbane based Wardrobe & Props Stylist.
I became a Stylist because I absolutely love taking someone’s vision and bringing it to life. This is just one of the reasons why I’m great at what I do (and love what I do) but before I tell you more about that, allow me to introduce you to the real me; the woman behind the brand.
Who I am is an easygoing, laidback, outdoorsy, scuba-diving, dog-loving, people person. Be warned, if we end up working together, you may hear a lot about “Archer” (my adorable King Charles Cavalier). I absolutely love nature and have very strong family and relationship values. It’s important to me to build deep connections with people and this extends into my work life too.
As a result, I'm known as being kind and sensitive to people’s needs, I’m professional and nothing is ever too much trouble — the number of times I’ve been asked to work back late, be up at 4am and I’m always happy to give 110% to ensure the work gets done on time, every time.

Now that you know a little bit about who I am, let me share more about me professionally.
I am a Brisbane based Wardrobe & Prop Stylist for Film, TV and Commercial Photography. I’ve worked on numerous National and International campaigns for brands such as Dettol, Isuzu, GAC Motors, NGK Insulators, Mack Trucks, Commonwealth Games, Holden Colorado and Tatts Lotto.
I love the way that I can create character and tell a story through styling and how this has an overall impact on the look and feel of the project. As I mentioned above, I love bringing a vision to life and believe Costume to be an integral part of any production. It's really fulfilling to see something go from concept to completion!
Alongside my work in advertising I also have worked extensively as a Costume Buyer and Costume Standby on numerous feature films and tv series within Australia. I’ve had the privilege of working with Award winning Costume Designer Tess Schofield (5 Time AACTA Award winner) on Harrow, Hoodlum and Netflix’s first Australian series Tidelands, Hoodlum. This provided me with the opportunity to style the Tidelands promotional videos for Netflix.
In 2019 I had the opportunity to work as a Costume buyer under International Costume Designer Luis Sequeira (Academy Award nominee for Best Costume design for Shape of Water) on Paramount Pictures film Love & Monsters. This was an invaluable experience where I was able to learn so much and develop a much deeper understanding of the creative process.
The experience I have gained working alongside acclaimed Costume Designers and on large scale feature films and tv series has allowed me to develop and hone my skills and knowledge in buying, character breakdown, costume continuity, ageing and breakdown.
I draw on my experience and work ethic to deliver a stellar result every time and love bringing a youthful, fun, easygoing energy to my projects!
If this sounds like what you’re looking for, let’s work together and create some magic.
